I create a customer group and I enables each user in this group to send 50,000 emails per month but I have remarks such as a customer of this group sending 20,000 emails and in the backend customer interface section in column sending limits poster 0.14% (70/50 000)
what's that?
 
Can you attach a screenshot from the customer group, from the Quota Counters tab and Sending tab?
 
No problem, but my hunch was correct :)
Why "Compter les campagnes emails" is set to NO ? Don't you want to count these emails against the customer quota, against those 50k emails?
Put that back to yes...
