Server validation error

Hi,

I'm trying to perform validation of the SMTP server and getting the error: "Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "x.xxxxxx.smtp" using 2 possible authenticators", where x.xxxxxx.smtp is my login for smtp account on cloud smtp provider.

Is MW has a problem with login in format x dot xxxx dot smpt?
