Site status keeps going offline - How to keep online permanently?

Every couple of days, my site status changes from online to offline. I have manually login to the back end and change the status to online.

Where is the setting to prevent this from happening?
 
@Zero - The site must communicate with our servers from time to time, failing to do so can bring the site offline.
Please reach out to your webhosting company and make sure your server is allowed to contact mailwizz.com and there's no firewall blocking the requests.
