SMTP validation not working

Hi,
SMTP server authentication is not working.
Previously he was working. But not confirm now.
Help please

• Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "mail@example.com" using 2 possible authenticators

Default system mailer *
SwiftMailler, not working - this need
PHPMailler working

@Serdar - Swiftmailer sends emails a bit different than phpmailer, thus it works differently.
If you take a look at https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/...name-xyz-using-2-possible-authenticators.573/ you'll see a few suggestions on how to fix this.
