Not sure if this is a bug or a mistake I'm making in ready reports @twisted1919
I have someone who joined a list and has last date updated as:
19/03/2017 16:00 19/03/2017 16:00
Same time.
However, when I look at the campaigns sent to them from the list they got the three day autoresponders, and then the next email they got was today. We send to this list at least once a week.
If they'd unsubscribed and re-joined, surely the last date updated would be different? In which case I can only assume for some reason they're not getting the emails we send?
