I use a translator.
Where can I see which subscribers clicked on spam?
I set up a complaint server but the mailbox is always empty.

@Dima108 - Abuse-reports is something different in mailwizz. You will want to look at the unsubscribes, mailwizz unsubscribes the one that complain, and it sets a proper message so you can identify them. You have to use FBL servers though in order to process these complaints.

Why the box that I indicated in the abuse server is empty? Are not there letters from those who complain or are they immediately removed from there?

If I set up the FBL on a well-known service and set up an email box there, and I indicated this same box in the MAILWIZZ FBL server, then all the subscribers who clicked SPAM will be unsubscribed? I understand correctly?

Yes, that is correct. And they will get a reason for why they got unsubscribed.

You can create another mailbox and forward messages from the original feedbackloop mailbox. Simply create an alias.

abuse@mydomain.com sends to abuse@mydomain.com, abusemailwizzaccount1@mydomain.com, abusemailwizzaccount2@mydomain.com, etc... and then set the abusemailwizzaccount1@mydomain.com or abusemailwizzaccount2@mydomain.com as feedbackloop account in mailwizz.
