Spam detection

We are debating opening this application up to our customers and letting them signup and send emails as this software was intended. My question is how do you gauge whether people are abusing the system and sending spam?

If you're using Mandrill or Amazon, 1 bad customer could ruin your account.

For now you have to be very careful to your customers, there is absolutely no mechanism in place to prevent them doing spammy things.
We move into that direction, next version already has ability to block campaigns based on common spam keywords matching the subject and content, more will be added, but meanwhile, you have to be careful who you sign up
