spanish language pack does not work

Hello, we made a fresh install on our server (ubuntu 20), with the latest mailwizz version, but we could not make the spanish language package work. Anybody had that problem before ?

When you are saying is not working, do you get any error? Is the language created in the Backend->Extend->Languages? Check if the translations exists under the language. And is the account where you are trying to see them using the spanish extension? If unsure, please open a support ticket and send us there access to your backend.
