SQL Error

Hello,

I am getting same errors again and again.

Whenever i am trying to reload, try to import a list and reload time is too high.



Please find me a solution for this. Right now mailwizz creating so many problems. Let me know how to fix this.

The import takes longer than the connection to the database server, so the database server timeout is hit first and the database then errors out like this.
Please check this https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/mysql-mariadb-optimisations/ but generally, you always need to make sure mysql has plenty resources to avoid this problem.

Thanks for this information. There is 1 issues i am facing other than list import.

1. Getting 500 error while open my mailwizz in a tab. Or when its open, i filled the login credentials and its around 1to 2 minutes.

In other words, mailwizz running very slow.

My Machine Config for Mailwizz:-
Ram: 2 GB
Storage: 50 GB
CPU: 2 Core

I think it is enough to work well.

The solution you provide, will it help to resolve the issue.

You need to upgrade your server specs, 2GB ram is not enough, we recommend you to have at least 4gb ram.

Thanks for the information.

But i have to send only about 10K emails per day. I think this machine can handle it.

The main issue is reloading time and import file error.

That error says very clearly that your server cannot handle you request, so my advice is to upgrade your server specifications.

There is one thing i have to tell you that i also create smtp server on main domain and install mailwizz in subdomain.

Will it be a issue too?
