Status - Sent, but Delivered 0% - Please guide to fix the issue

Dear Forum Members

We have configured and did a few test campaigns and it was working fine initially. But when we are trying a campaign with a list size of 105 we are getting - Delivered 0%, but the status is Sent(100%). Kindly guide us to fix the issue.

Same time the Sendgrid dashboard - is showing different data.

You can check Campaign delivery log.

Go to Backend - Miscellaneous - Campaign Delivery Log and also see Delivery server usage log.

You can see your Emails are Giveup - it means not send.

Can you check that your Sending domain is validated with Sendgrid.

The sending domain was validated during the Sendgrid setup.
Additionally, the emails were triggering earlier and this issue is with the recent few campaigns.
Please guide

@Reghu - please open a support ticket ( https://forum.mailwizz.com/support-tickets/open ) and include backend url and login to your app and a link to this thread so we know what's all about.

I had the same problem and my issue was that subscriber list was unconfirmed so i just had to change status

If I'm not mistaken Sendgrid has limit 100 emails only per day.. So maybe that is the reason why your emails does not going out.
