Stuck on Sending (0%)

hi, I have I set up delivery servers, i validated it, and etc. I double checked cron jobs, set up list, added 4 users manually, set up quick campaign with just few lines for test. It goes from pending to sending real quick, but stuck on sending(0%). What are other possible solutions that I can look into?

It might happen because your php version from command line is distinct from the one from the browser.
In order to understand exactly what is going on, see https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/debug-send-campaigns-command/ It will tell you exactly what is the issue.
You can also look in backend > misc > campaign delivery logs. That might tell you if there's a problem with the delivery server. And finally, in backend > misc > app log, that is the app log, so if there are errors, you should see them there.
