Subscribe via URL?

If my subscription URL is:
http://mydomainname.com/ar/index.php/lists/xxx111yyy222zzz333/subscribe

Can I use this URL to add a new email to the list? Like:
http://mydomainname.com/ar/index.php/lists/xxx111yyy222zzz333/subscribe?email@domain.com

Is there a way to do it?

Because what I wanted to do is:
- I have list A and B. When I get an optin, it goes to list A.
- If list A already has the email, it will join list B.

Try
http://mydomainname.com/ar/index.php/lists/xxx111yyy222zzz333/subscribe?EMAIL=whatever@domain.com
This will autopopulate the form, but you'd still have to click the form submit button to send the info, otherwise, you can simply send a POST request with the form info:
