For the life of me I can't figure out how to get the application to send a single notification email for a new subscriber. I've tried across multiple installations, multiple types of delivery servers/delivery server settings, different versions, and have even had some private chat with @twisted1919 on the issue until he seemed to get tired of answering my pm's (I don't blame him too much as I can be annoying).
I'm to the point where I would be willing to pay someone to pinpoint my issue as it's essential for my setup.
What could I be doing wrong over here? I'd just like to see a single notification email go through so I could figure out why that way worked and everything I've done isn't.
