When a subscriber completes an opt-in form.

I can send the new subscriber to a redirect page which works perfectly. However, how can I pass that FNAME, LNAME, EMAIL and other fields to the redirect page using _GET ?

Have you tried appending to the redirect url the query vars, like: http://domain.com/redirect.php?email=&fname=[FNAME]&lname=[LNAME] ?
