Hi,
I have my customer for implementation his form,you can see picture.
I attached html and css files .

Can you please tell me how to adapt for my customers in his MW account

i forgot my customer have WP site.

Maybe use one of the many plugins already available or in the end create your own.
As far as i know, layered popups has great support for mailwizz, maybe that helps.

thrivethemes is the best one for wp sites. you can do any type of opt-in forms (A/B Split tests as well and with the ability to connect it with any mailwizz install.. (currently we run it on our own ESP website which is based on WP and also on 50 Whitelabels of our ESP partners)

@zontia - for now i really can't do more related to this, you'll have to get a dev to help you with the custom integration.
