Support Tickets System - Ajax View issue

Hi, I get this problem when logging in sometimes.. instead of redirecting to the dashboard, it shows an empty page with this URL: http://domain.com/tickets/get_views_ajax/888/?_=1234567891234 What is happening and how do I resolve this issue?
