Susbcribers receiving blank emails?

Well this is a bit strange. I'm wondering if any other Mailwizz users have seen this. We send several million emails a month. Lately we have gotten a couple complaints like the one i will paste here. Of course not everyone will take the time to let us know what they are receiving...most will just unsubscribe or just click the Spam button in their Email reader.

Blank Emails? Our office colleague, Jyll, who schedules the campaigns and manages the Lists has mentioned that she has also received some blank emails from MW sends.

Anyone seen this or have an idea what might be happening?

Can we have a look at those email sources ? That could help understand what is going on.
Do you send using your own smtp, or a 3rd-party?
 
Not sure what you mean by email source. We use Amazon SES for delivery.
I am trying to track down the Campaign and see what the log shows.
 
The email was received by a subscriber and he forwarded it to us. I don't have the blank email that was received by Jyll at the moment. She deleted it.

BUT when I look at the source code of the email the subscriber forwarded, the content of the Email we sent to him indeed looks empty.

Well we got another complaint about blank emails today. wow.
The only thing about these is that they are all XML feed newsletters.
We send about 250,000 a day and get only a few complaints.
But how many people would actually take the time to explain what they are seeing...or not seeing.
So I have to think there are more people getting blanks, except for the Header information. And that just unsubscribe.
