Sync List Custom Fields not working after Server migration

As the title says, I can not seem to get the sync script to work. It will start the count, but nothing will happen. I left it here for about 10 minutes.

Did you switch to a smaller server than what you used to have? Because otherwise I can't explain why this would get stuck.
 
I changed the server from 8 core to 16 cores. I kept the RAM at the same of 32GB.
I am just going to say it was database issues. After 48 hours, it is working... I have no explanation. Maybe something with the data still building.
