My system time is not correct, see below:
Local time
2016-06-17 16:24:59

System time
2016-06-17 14:24:59

How to fix, my server time is correct.

The system time will always be UTC+00 while the local time, is your actual local time based on your account timezone selection as a user and/or as a customer.
