Is there a way to show the total number of recipients that a given campaign is about to be sent to in the final confirmation step just before sending it?

If I select a list and break that down by a couple of segments, which are partially overlapping, it would be good to just see the number of records that it will be sent to for a quick sense check.

Similarly, in the Campaigns list while they're sending there's only ever a "sent" number, but no number for how many it's going to be sent to in total. That would be great for an overview and improved usability.

For performance reasons, a lot of filtering happens at runtime, which makes it impossible to show the actual number of subscribers in a counter without actual performance penalty.
