Template Builder confussion

Working on blank templates, I find that there ie different code in the same email depending if I'm on Builder or Plain HTML when creating a campaign,.
The "Toggle template builder" plays funny I guess.
So, if I have different emails in one or other area, which one is sent?
Any chance to fix this? I can make a quick video if needed

When you start editing with one of them you should stick to it when editing a particular template. Otherwise the template will be broken.

What do you mean by other area? Area is defined by Toggling the template builder? If so, never do that as I said above. And to answer your question, what are you seeing in your source code is what is sent. You can always check by clicking on the Web view of your campaign

as @ghimes final email which shown in the source code used for sending campaign. changing content from template builder and the ckeditor is not bidirectional because they work differently. and about email templates, mailwizz site have some template. and also you have choice to use other email templates builder like unlayer or beefree ...
