The campaign has stopped at 8%!

pass:

I have 64000 subscribers in list. Campaign sended via two servers (first - 740 p/h; second - unlimited).
During 2 hours sended 5637 emails.
I checked cronjobs, working fine (i hope). After 16 hours campaign still not ended but not sending any emails.

SOLVED
I found solution. I had policy on my delivery server. After I removed everything is fine.
Only one question - how to use domain policy on delivery servers?

@rysioslaw - In Backend - Servers - Delivery server - Update delivery server on section domain policies you have info button.
Info button contain useful information and is present almost everywhere.
