This license is registered for another ip address

Hi, I want to re-install mailwizz to a new domain but not able to that. After updating the IP on https://www.mailwizz.com/update-license/ also I am getting this error on new installation “This license is registered for another ip address, please go to https://www.mailwizz.com/update-license and update it!”

How reset the license?

thanks for that fast response. i have installed mailwizz, set the cronjobs and servers but when i sent the campaign the campaign can not send the emails could you help me with this?

now, the campaigns shows me that they are sent, yet, i did not receive a test email and my two emails are on the test list that was supposed to receive a test campaign. what is wrong?

@Enrico Perissinotto - If mailwizz says the emails have been sent, it means they were, so check your delivery server. Additionally, take a look in backend > misc > campaigns delivery logs.

I've already checked cronjob already installed first running smoothly before the update to the new version .. after updating to the new version the application can't run sending e-mail pending status
