Time Zone settings on per Campaign & or per subscriber list

Dear @twisted1919

We have a Customer which as subscribers data per country wise. Its basically a travel booking site.
It has global customers across the world. and it wants to trigger a campaign on subscribers country time zone's best slot to get maximum opens.

Now Customer wants that time zone should also be set on Subscriber List & also on campaign so that if a customer schedule a campaign on a list it should be scheduled as per the list time zone not the customer time zone. Customer also wants a facility to override facility of list default time zone to what ever time zone it set while creating a campaign. if not specified then default time zone of list would be picked up.

Can We implement this feature in next release of Mailwizz
