Tracking domain issue

in tracking domain option I have added one domain like tracking.domain.exampple but not working

My server is on SSL mode also the mailwizz installation

My Mailwizz version is 1.3.8.6, Any problems with this version?

How can solve it?

Yes, the above link has a solution.
But if it does not work with subdomain, then use parked domain (alias domain).

Sure @lestraw , can you tell me what error you get exactly? Maybe a screenshot ?
Also, what is the cname and what is the domain it points to ?

Then the host is not yet doing a full job, you need to figure out how to make the domain alias work in apache/nginx/etc, at least restart after the cname/alias/subdomain is set.
Also, have a look into the log files.

I created the ServerAlias to each new A record or CNAME record in apache server and I restarted, reloaded and restarted my server and I don't solved it
