Tracking URL uses main domain for unsubscribe and Opens

We have been added multiple tracking URL to protect our mail domain URL but here what I see is that , it is not overwriting unsubscribe and other system URLs.

I believe that if we are using custom tracking URL then it must be overwrite all URLs available on that mailer. For example - if my main domain is domain.com and tracking domain is track.domaintrack.com then it must be overwrite all URLs with track.domaintrack.com.

@twisted1919 we have implemented latest version 1.3.6.5; but still this is not working!
Do we need to change of update some file or setting?
In case this is so; where can we find them?

@Ankit - The replacements happens in apps/common/models/DeliveryServer.php in the _handleTrackingDomain() method.
