TrackingDomain error when updating delivery server configuration

We have configured, and still using mailwizz but probably after an automatic update we have an error trying to update any delivery server:
Error is:"

Error 500!​

The table "{{tracking_domain}}" for active record class "TrackingDomain" cannot be found in the database."​

tracking_domain table exists on the database, even if empty.

Any suggestion?

Try to refresh the cache:
