Unable to open Backend campaigns delivery logs Page

Hello,
I change my MW Server & forward domain to cloudflare & SSL. i have copied the files and upload with FTP and then backup the DB and restore it.

every thing is working fine, only i can't open
backend/misc/campaigns-delivery-logs
backend/misc/campaigns-bounce-logs
Pages,
I got error
"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error

i also search the forum and try to run bellow command
php -q /absolutre/path/to/apps/console/console.php archive-campaigns-delivery-logs

even after that above pages are not opening.

Also there is nothing in Application LOG.

if i truncate delivery & bounce logs table / tables does problem will solve ?
if this remove the quota, its ok for me.
or any other way to fix this?

how to fix this issue?

Its working fine now.
Just for every one, I have to increase PHP memory limit to 128MB and it start working fine.
