Unable verify delivery server

Dear Support,

I have problem with verify delivery server.
I want to send emails via SMTP Server. email account is postmaster@macanmail.ir but I don't why I get Verification failed for <tracking@macanmail.ir> !!!! why tracking@macanmail.ir ?

looks like your FROM address "tracking@..." is nonexistent/dead/550

Seems like CNAME record of tracking.macanmail.ir is not correct or altered after adding.

Did you check my screenshot ? I didn't use tracking@.... . The FROM address is another addres.

Yes. I see it. But I'm confused about this error and I'm surprised for returning this error. Because I didn't set this email address. If you scroll down my screenshot and see the setting , you can see I'm using postmaster@macanmail.ir

Can you post a (redacted) screen shot of the settings of this delivery server?
