unsubscribe from list not working

When attempting to unsubscribe from a list using the unsubscribe link in an email results in the error shown.

It looks like for some reason the confirm-unsubscribe step isnt working.

Any suggestions?

i think your server was down at that time. check other functionality of server and then check unsubscribe with a test campaign.

the server is working properly, and the unsubscribe step works but the confirmation page does not show up

@Kerry Panchoo - enable debug as shown at https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/enable-debugging/ and trigger the eror page again, this time you will have plenty info to tell you what is going on.
