Unsubscribe problem

Hi,
May I know how can my recipient unsubscribe when there is no unsubscribe button or link in the email newsletter? Statistic shows a few recipients unsubscribe but I don't know how does the system track it.

Mailwizz includes unsubscribe headers to comply with spam laws. You should always allow your subscribers to unsubscribe, it's illegal otherwise.

Hi,
We email them all a reminder to pay their debt/tax and if they unsubscribe is it mean they can run from paying their debt/tax?

@Megat ahmad mustaqim - I don't the the legal aspect of this, but still, if they don't want to receive these notifications for you, they should be able to unsubscribe.
