"Unsubscribe request" in subject line, empty body

I'm getting unsubscribe requests with the following subject line (example):

Campaign-Uid:fw3093g5aa27f / Subscriber-Uid:vw1336s3f2011 - Unsubscribe request​

... and an empty body.
I understand that the email box monitor can only pick up unsubscribe requests from the body. Am I being an idiot, or is there a trick I'm missing?

From next release, it will pick the subject as well, for this exact reason.
