UPDATE CRASH

Are you sure all the files where copied over to your host?
The app complains about a missing file, ContentBuilderContractAbstract which should be located at /apps/common/components/extensions/content-builder/ContentBuilderContractAbstract.php

can you check and see if this file exists on your server?
 
@Ndworman - Please check if you have the file in the archive after you unzip it, if it's there, then somehow it failed uploading, you need to upload all the files from the update folder once again and make sure none fails uploading.
If the file isn't there, that'd be a problem, because we ship the app with that file, so maybe it's a window thing when unzipping and the path to the file is too long, as explained at https://medium.com/@lorebitryo/how-to-fix-error-path-too-long-on-windows-10-a0542b1b38d0 for instance.
Also, you should know MailWizz has an auto-update feature, you can enable it from Backend > Settings > Common.
