I'm setting up a web page with a form that will be linked in my emails.
When my subscribers:
1. go to the page,
2. fill out the form,
3. and click the submit button,
I wand them to be moved from one list to another in my mailwizz and, if possible, add/update a value in a specific data field in their profile (the field will be present in both old and new lists).
I want all that happen only after they click the button in the form. Only after that, the web page will send the call to the mailwizz and mailwizz will move the contact and preferably updates the specific field.
How can I implement it?
