Update to Latest Version: CKEditor Issue

Ckeditor is loading properly in backend as administrator.
The customers do not have anymore a CKEditor in frontend.

Hello Walter,

Go to Backend > Extend

CK Editor > settings > Enable for Customer - YES.

Then login to customer and see.

Clear Cache.

Also clear browser cache, and then check it.

I always clear browser cache ...
In CKEDITOR addon settings i just have >
enable filemanager for users
enable filemanager for customers
default toolbar
and theme dropdown .... but i dont have enable ckeditor for customers

Then what are you waiting for.

Enable it for Customers.

It says Ename FILEMANAGER for customers NOT CKeditor

i enabled it and tried in different browser > ckeditor shows up only in backend > customer area >> plain textarea

on frontend ckeditor aint loading and throws a js error: TypeError: $(...).ckeditor is not a function

Can you check which version of PHP you are using ?
