Upgrade Steps Question

According to the recommended Upgrade steps, everybody should pause any campaign when updating.

My Question:
Is there a way to pause all campaigns from all users at ones (with one click), without logging into every user-account and pausing the campaigns on every user-level?

@Alex7311 - Just put the website offline from backend > settings > common and wait for a few minutes. This forces everything to halt, except the backend panel, to allow you top upgrade.

If I put the website "online" (backend>setting>common) again (after the upgrade), works then everything like before?

@ Alex All settings, groups, permissions will be same as it was before you update.

The upgrade process will put your site online at the end, for you, automatically.
