Urgent Bug: CCT Tags created by One Customer is shown to other Customer Account

Kindly Address/Confirm this BUG and provide the Patch.

Version : Latest

Scenario : Customer-1 created 2 Custom Tags Example (CCT_CUSTOMER_1_TAG_1 ) & (CCT_CUSTOMER_1_TAG_2 ) and Customer-2 Created another Tags Example (CCT_CUSTOMER_2_TAG_1 ) & (CCT_CUSTOMER_2_TAG_2 )

Now in both Customer Account When any Customer Setup a Campaign and want to insert a CCT tag and if he clicks on available Tag option located at just above CK editor, it shows all CCT Tags created by all Customers.

its a BUG!!.

Its should not show any CCT Tags which is created by any other Customer at any place.

Does this only nix an existing tag from all customers' views except the applicable one or does it cure the root cause?
