Users and customers.

Hello!
what is the difference between users and customers?
I need 3 languages responder, how me to build coretly users and customers, groups etc?

Hi,

Users are system administrators, they create customers and other users take care of the entire system.
Customers are the people that create email lists, load subscribers and send campaigns, nothing more.

A user is someone who can access the /backend area and the /customer area if you give them permission. A customer is someone who can access their specific /customer area.

Don't quite understand your bit about languages etc.
