UTC time

Hi, I am currently translating this: "Send the autoresonder no earlier than this time in the day. Time is UTC 00:00, take into consideration your timezone offset. Current UTC time is: {time}"

Is there any way to make my timezone default/standard option, so people do not have to calculate the time. That application is only active in one country with one timezone.

Unfortunately no, UTC is the real time which is used in PHP and also into the database server, MySQL/MariaDB so we will not change this, the correct way is still the one where customer edit their account and set the right timezone.

If you really want to do this, you're on your own and i don't advise it but you can edit apps/common/config/main.php and set your proper timezone there.
