Go to backend > Miscellaneous > PHP info. Search for "openssl" and it should show something like below -



OpenSSL must be installed and enabled on your server in order to initiate a TLS session.

can u connect with an outside mail program (e.g. thunderbird)?
r u using tls/587 (or ssl/465 or none/25)?
if nothing works, send screen shot of DS settings pls
