How would I go about using one IP to send the welcome message to new subscribers thus verifying their emails, and another IP for when I actually send the campaigns?

How would I go about using one IP to send the welcome message to new subscribers thus verifying their emails, and another IP for when I actually send the campaigns?

Assign another mail server (mx) to another IP and use it as delivery server dedicated for welcome messages/verification.
