Way to randomize mailing list order?

1. I assume the list mail out each time the same order in which the subscribers were in the list as it imported? The first person in the list always gets the first email?
2. If so... Is there a way to randomize the order in which the subscribers are sent to? So that on a large list of say 100k subscribers the 100,000th subscriber might not always be the last person to get the emails?

@dave - mailwizz does some tricks in order to 'shuffle" the emails properly.
First email in list will, is not always the one that gets the first email.
