We fixed the template Problem
With the Zip Extention But I'm still getting an error and we redid the cron Jobs

When you install MailWizz fresh, it is normal for you to see these messages, because the cron jobs never ran.
However, if all your cron jobs are properly set, in just a few minutes, these two warnings will go away:

If they do not, it means your cron jobs are not properly set and you need to make sure you do that.
In Backend > Misc > Cron Jobs List, you have all the cron jobs you have to add.
In Backend > Misc > Cron Jobs History, you can see if they ran or not.
