Webform not adding new emails if dot is included

Hi,

not sure if anyone else having the same issue, I found out that version 1.5.7 is not adding emails if there is "." included, tried to include webform from my older mwz installations to same squeez page and it worked fine for me... any workaround guys?

@gvero - that should not be the case, what PHP version are you using ? (Backend > misc > php info)
Can you give an example of email? use the example.com domain to showcase it.
Also, in backend > settings > common, what is the system mailer ?
