Webhook sending duplicate record

I am using the built in webhook to send "Subscription" record to another system. The problem is everything works fine except I am getting duplicate record for all the form submissions.
Does anyone got similar issue? Is there any settings to configure? All pointers are welcome.

Thanks for the reply @laurentiu. I have not built any custom extension and just pushing the data with the stock standard webhook option in mailwizz List pages.
The output I get is two records of the same submission to subscription.
Strangely enough the list record shows only one subscriber added and the email I receive from mailwizz also says one subscriber added.
