When creating the webhooks, we got following errors: target must be a valid URL

I use Mailwizz(Version is 1.9.14) to add a delivery servers, delivery server is Sparkpost, and when validate server, it said:

• Cannot send the confirmation email using the data you provided.

@Amy - Go to Backend > Settings > System urls and click on Regenerate urls and try again to validate your delivery server.
