Where the script MailWizz must be installed ?

Hello there,
The script MailWizz must be installed on the SMTP server ?

Here is my current configuration :
I have a SMTP server from a provider.
A wordpress where is also installed MailWizz on another server from another provider.
And my domains are on my domains dealer.

I need your help. My score of deliverability is lousy...,
 
Doesn't matter where you install mailwizz, but to ahve a low latency you can install it where the smtp server is.
As for the score, you can check your emails at mail-checker.com and see why exactly you get the score you get.
 
I have big problems with the use of MailWizz, could you help me please.
I am unable to properly configure my SMTP on MailWizz and it's been a week that I try...

I managed to configure it (I think correctly) to my server and my software MAILWIZZ
I created a campaign and I sending but it doesn't :)

I work with Mandrill.

Have you an idea ? :)
 
Ok, we have better things :p
But, the campaign work with the CRON jobs but MailWizz does not sent any e-mail :)
 
I don't understand one thing.
Mandrill, give me a DKIM & SPF record. But, MailWizz, give me too...
which data I have to get back in my DNS ?
 
If your email provider gives you DKIM records, use those, don't use the ones from Mailwizz.
better yet, disable signing domains from mailwizz entirely if you use Mandrill.

the campaign appears as "completed" but mailwizz has sent no email 0

I really need your help.
A customer waiting after me for several days. I don't know what to say.
