Where to translate "First name" and "Last name" Fields?

I am trying to locate where i can translate the following fields: First name and Last name ( FNAME and LNAME). I am unable to locate this.

Those are the field labels as you define them in your custom fields area

Yes but why every new user comes with those fields already created? How to disable them?

I mean. How to disable those automatic extra fields ? I want to let my users choose what extra fields they want to create.

Those fields are created automatically when a list is created. How to deny this?

You'll have to edit /apps/customer/components/db/behaviors/ListDefaultFieldsBehavior.php
