Why quota dont equal the amount sent

If you see the pic, the quota of 74 is not equal to sent + bounce. Why is that?

As i can see from your picture you are using a warm up plan and for the first run you want to send 74 emails. Your campaign have only 24 subscribers and this campaign has been marked as sent. Your warmup plan will continue after you will send another campaigns.

That campaign has 10K subscribers. But I deleted because the bounce emails kept going up. I also deleted the warm up plan and will manually make adjustments each week with the delivery server.
