You bounce server settings appear fine. Check to see if you received an alert for an unknown new device in Google's Security Settings (https://myaccount.google.com/intro/security?target=activity#activity)

I would suggest to visit the google link https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps and enable it. Then check if mailwizz can access your account.

I would recommend against doing this. Just tell Google to mark the sign-in activity as yours. That way, you don't have to change any security settings.

Your solution will be more intelligent, did not know that it was possible.

Google might not be the best email provider to use as they automatically move bounces into the Spam folder...
To avoid this, follow the advice here: http://joe.siegler.net/2013/03/turning-off-spam-checking-in-gmail/
(eg create a filter where mail has the words "in:spam" and set it to "Never send it to spam". And then run it on your current "conversations" as well)
